Loesch Cheers Soldiers Who Urinated On Corpses, Says She Would "Drop Trou" And Do It Herself

The public image of the United States has been damaged after video surfaced showing U.S. soldiers urinating on dead bodies in Afghanistan. Military officials have all condemned the actions.

From CNN:
"I have seen the footage, and I find the behavior depicted in it utterly deplorable," U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said in a statement. "I condemn it in the strongest possible terms."
Marine Corps Commandant Gen. James Amos said in a statement the behavior is "wholly inconsistent with the high standards of conduct and warrior ethos that we have demonstrated throughout our history."

Lt. Gen. Adrian Bradshaw, deputy commander of ISAF, called the actions on the video "disgusting."

"Any acts which treat the dead, enemy or friendly, with disrespect are utterly unacceptable and do not represent the standards we expect of coalition forces," Bradshaw said in a video statement. He said he was speaking on behalf of Allen, who is out of the country.

"It is difficult to say what long-term impacts this might have, and I would hesitate to get into speculation, but obviously any sort of footage, any sort of activity of this kind that is grossly against all the moral values that the coalition forces are standing for are very much working against our cause and against everything that we are standing for and that we are here for," said Brig. Gen. Carsten Jacobson, a NATO ISAF spokesman.
CNN "political analyst" Dana Loesch, on the other hand, apparently doesn't care if these actions were directly working against the mission of U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan; instead, she cheered for it in order to fuel the unhinged Muslim hatred that has become a staple of modern day right-wing media. On her show, she gave the marines in question "one million cool points" and said that she would "drop trou" and "do it too." She ended by saying: "Do I have a problem with that as a citizen of the United States? No, I don't."

h/t @nicolegennette for noticing.

  2. To Dana Loesch..
When Americans do things like this, we lose whatever moral standing we had. Have the Taliban done terrible things to US Citizens? YES, of course they have.. but we are the good guys remember? By doing acts like this,(and i might add supporting them) it drags down everything we stand for!

And, it give the "enemy" a free pass on doing worse acts to Americans in the future.

So think about that when you see some video of a taliban defiling an american body as an act of revenge for the pissing incident.

Maybe, you should actually think about some of the crap you spew from the comfort of your little studio

  3. She's disgusting. And then her little munchkin sidekick asks the relevant question: "Why did they film it." Well, because they wanted to document the humiliation.

  4. And why would CNN hire someone who couldn't make it through college to do political analysis?

  5. Why would you subject yourself to that crap?

  6. Dana's gone over the line again with that Islamophobic rant.

  7. As a human being, I'm appalled by what these soldiers did. It speaks to how war encourages dehumanization but also to the deficient character of each of these men.

As a woman, I'm disgusted by Dana Loesch's comments/behavior. Drop trou... seriously? Very classy, not to mention professional. One million cool points? What is she, twelve?

The irony here is that those men certainly wouldn't esteem her as highly, at least not at face value. But go ahead, Dana. Go be one of the guys and see how that works out for ya'. I'm sure they'd be very respectful. They seem like real gentlemen.

  9. So much for "winning hearts and minds".

I don't know what's worse: In a world that's globally connected via the internet, the possibility that people like Loesch and Geller are so stupid that they don't understand how destructive their own actions are, or the possibility that they're so arrogant that they don't give a damn.

You should all find these articles informative:

Unfortunately the sociopathic reactions to this barbaric video don't surprise me. You'll understand my point when you read those articles; it really explains a lot about what's actually going on and the toxic influence it's having on so many people.

Think all this unhinged Muslim-hatred from multiple sources is a random coincidence ? Think again.

  10. Eh, I didn't get why CNN hired her at first- did no one there bother to do the 2 minutes of reviewing necessary to realize not only is nothing she says substantial, she doesn't even understand her own arguments? Then I realized that's exactly why they hired her...but she's too dumb and narcissistic to realize it. Plus, they must have been looking for a tea party representative, and I've never heard anyone speaking for them sound intelligent, polished, professional, or politically savvy, so I guess they figured you hire one, you hire 'em all. At some point, CNN will tire of her for whatever reason, but she will continue to to try to get whatever attention she can however she can, because she has no real perceptible intelligence or insight.... when Howard Stern does it, he's a shock jock. When conservatives do it, they're suddenly political consultants...though I think Stern is generally more intelligent, and perhaps even less annoying, than most conservative political figures.

  12. Ya know...it is scary that people like this airhead Loesch are so complacent about animalistic behaviour, and she doesn't even have the excuse of being a psychopathically traumatised soldier, she is just a big mouth spoiled brat who kissed enough ass to get on mic. I guess she's honing in on Coulter territory now. What a witch. CNN can really pick em too. Ted Turner, are you morphing into Rupert Murdock?

  14. I'm from Canada. I was raised with 'respect' for the dead no matter who they are or what they do. I pull over to the side of the road when funerals pass out of respect for the dead. I don't even know who's in the Hurst.. that's how my generation was raised. Even putting people to death by lethal injection is more humane than what the USA military has done in their video, the same as soldiers who tattoo their bodies with their kills. To put the cherry on top with this commentator is not only embarrassing and mindless, I can't believe CNN with their already stripped reputation for being biased and untrue in their reporting, just sums up what is to be expected as 'the views of Americans' when reporting done as this is allowed in open air.
Shame on CNN for condoning this type of commenting. So much for humanity within the USA if this type of journalism is allowed.
