Distasteful is probably too generous of a description.
KPLR 11 in St. Louis posted a story on Facebook and Twitter with a caption that read, "Libations for lewd lusty ladies." Here are the screen shots from KPLRs Twitter and Facebook page:
The story was about the non-profit "No Borders" starting a program where they took hot chocolate to prostitutes to establish a relationship with the Oklahoma City trafficking industry so that the organization could, ideally, help people escape. Obviously, the idea of calling people forced into a life of sexual slavery "lewd lusty ladies" is disgusting. I don't know if this is intended as a sick joke or what, but KPLR needs to get their act together.
Thanks to Mary H. for pointing out this unbelievably insensitive caption.
Update: KPLR's contact info can be found here.
Update #2: Looks like KPLR deleted the offensive comments, but with no explanation.

Thanks for the link. I wrote the station and commented on the facebook page. Although I bet my comment is removed before the caption is changed...
