Loesch On Cooper: Clueless As Usual

Dana Loesch was on Anderson Cooper last night. She began by causing Begala to question whether her earpiece was working because she mindlessly repeated the "Dems fault for not passing a budget" talking point after he just finished arguing against it. She then cheers on the idea of shutting down the government over the question of whether Planned Parenthood should get funding for providing women's health services. And she spends the last couple minutes of the segment giggling, rolling her eyes, and making strange noises while Begala is talking.

Here's the video:

On the next segment, she completely fails to answer Anderson Cooper's question of why riders to defund Planned Parenthood should be included in the budget bill. And, as Cooper pointed out, she tried to imply that Democrats were the people who brought Planned Parenthood into the debate.

I'm really not sure why CNN thinks she should be on their programs. She's remarkably unprofessional and her talking points are completely disconnected from reality. Can't CNN find a conservative who can at least put forward honest arguments for their positions?

  1. She's not a Democrat, she's not a Republican (but has stated that her mission as a Tea Party organizer was to "take over the Republican Party"), she's doesn't speak for "the whole Tea Party" and has been invited on CNN before working for Breitbart.

So, just why the heck IS she on CNN?

  2. Dana Loesch is fact challenged and she behaves like a 5 year old child throwing a tantrum. It was painful to watch David Gergen, Paul Begala and Anderson Cooper trying to have a serious discussion with her. Gergen's exasperated expressions as she blathered on spoke volumes.

  3. It just seems as if she has two or three "talking points" that she has memorized buzz words for....and that's all she can talk about. When faced with reasonable arguments about something else, she always brings it back to those points. Points that are convoluted and deceptive goes without saying. Her unprofessional attitude makes her look like a fool to the other panelists and the viewers as well. She's a poor choice for representation for any group. Uneducated and inarticulate.

I just don't get the attraction. Please, make her go away!

  4. Pretty face = more male viewership

Bottom line, the more she goes on the more exposed she will become and she'll eventually be knocked off because her uneducated and vapid approach cannot sustain itself.

It's like watching a car wreck in slow motion
