His only "crime" was standing up to the Field Director at the office and demanding he get some money for gas after having used his vehicle for canvassing. he is being made a scapegoat!

We all know how the Tea Party just loves to ignore the facts and the truth and they are having fun with this. But this is a man's reputation and life involved!

This whole charge is ludicrous! I believe that he will be exonerated and due a major apology! I hope he takes legal action against everyone for libel!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4924392915564296358.post-14316724111827464982010-08-25T20:57:29.175-05:002010-08-25T20:57:29.175-05:00Dana now has a story up titled "Carnahan Conf...Dana now has a story up titled "Carnahan Confirms Powers Firebomb Story". The first sentence says:
"Rep. Russ Carnahan confirmed that former staffer Chris Powers was the individual who “firebombed” his campaign office, not tea party activists as some in the local media had reported"

Correct me, please, if I'm wrong, but Carnahan did not confirm, especially by name, that he "was the individual who firebombed his campaign offices." That's not what I heard on KMOV tonight.

In fact, KMOV pointed out that Carnahan refused to name the person at all.Russ Weisshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15894042748099997580noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4924392915564296358.post-70001529308905329422010-08-25T15:44:42.860-05:002010-08-25T15:44:42.860-05:00I wondered how long it would take the Teabaggers t...I wondered how long it would take the Teabaggers to round up "The Usual Suspect(s)".
