You're right that it'd be a good idea to revisit some of the information.STLAHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09847700690428802300noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4924392915564296358.post-68290350087446878452010-03-26T09:30:35.353-05:002010-03-26T09:30:35.353-05:00Adam,

Nearly every Google hit is from 2009. Since you were very close to the case at the time, I would appreciate an update as to whether criminal charges were ever filed, whether Gladney is still maintaining he was injured, whether Elston McCowan claimed damages as he said he might, etc.

If tea partiers are going to hang their hat on resurrecting the Gladney incident, I think it is time to look back and see what the result of the confrontation was. It really seems to have disappeared right off the radar.Interestedhttp://funions.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4924392915564296358.post-49680382751712705532010-03-25T13:14:55.330-05:002010-03-25T13:14:55.330-05:00You know the KKK would always claim that burning a...You know the KKK would always claim that burning a cross wasn't really meant to be a threatening act too. They would say they were "Lighting a cross [making a fine distinction from burning one] in honor of Christ." Of course, anyone who had a cross burned in front of their house always knew what it really meant.Bill Streeterhttp://billstreeter.netnoreply@blogger.com
